How do singles use dating apps?

On June 27th, the prestigious journal New Media & Society published an article written by Katarzyna Adamczyk, Ph.D., Kamil Janowicz, MA, and Marta Mrozowicz-Wrońska, Ph.D. (Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań), entitled "Never-Married Single Adults' Experiences with Online Dating Websites: A Qualitative Content Analysis. The paper was published in open access - we invite you to read it.

The article presents the results obtained in the scope of NCN grant SONATA BIS 9 grant (UMO-2019/34/E/HS6/00164), in which Katarzyna Adamczyk, PhD, Kamil Janowicz, MA, and Marta Mrozowicz-Wrońska, PhD. analyzed materials from interviews with single people. The results of the study presented in the article show that single people approach online and mobile dating in different ways.
