Everyone has the right:

Complaints and appeals
If the public sector body refuses to comply with the request to provide accessibility or an alternative method of access to information, the person submitting the request may submit a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or their elements. After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, is possibility to submit an application to the Ombudsman.

Collegium Iuridicum Address: 90 Święty Marcin Street, 61-809 Poznań Building manager: Zbyszko Jacek (email: jacekz@amu.edu.pl) The form was completed by: Łukasz Chudziński (e-mail: lukchu@amu.edu.pl, tel. 61 829 44 78) Description: There is 1 disabled parking space near the side entrance of the facility, this is in the UAM internal car park: the first space is about 20 m from the (side) entrance, and about 50 m from the entrance where the doors open automatically. Main entrance to the building: has only stairs, no handrails, no ramp and no lift, does not have automatic opening doors, Behind the door you have to climb the stairs to get to the ground floor level (handrails on one side). Side entrance to the building from the fountain: has only stairs, no handrails, no ramp and no lift, does not have automatic opening doors. Side entrance to the building from the rotunda: has stairs, no handrails, no ramp and no lift, access, wheelchair access is possible via ramp, has an automatically opening door. From this entrance, communication is only possible at ground level; to get to the upper floors, one has to climb a staircase. Inside the building: There are three staircases fitted with handrails on one side (left), lack of accessible toilets for people with disabilities. It is possible to enter the facility with an assistance dog without restrictions (based on the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and the Employment of Persons with Disabilities). The building does not have its own website.
