Article by prof. Katarzyna Adamczyk in a prestigious magazine

On 11th July, the prestigious journal Psychology of Religion and Spiritualitypublished an article written by Katarzyna Adamczyk, Ph.D. (Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań), Beata Zarzycka, Ph.D. (The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin) and Kinga Zawada, M.A. (Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań), entitled “Daily Spiritual Experiences and Purpose in Life: The Mediating Role of Loneliness and Moderating Role of Satisfaction With Social and Intimate Relationships”. The paper was published in open access - we invite you to read it.

The article presents the results obtained in the scope of study@research of the "Excellence Initiative - Research University” under the supervision of Katarzyna Adamczyk, Ph.D in collaboration with Beata Zarzycka, Ph.D. The results of the study presented in the article show that the enhancing function of daily spiritual experiences for purpose in life concerns domain-specific loneliness and manifests amid decreased levels of satisfaction with social and intimate relationships.
